Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:RE:ConfusedAgreed! I'd love to see a SIB that somehow offers to buyback commons and both classes of prefs. Perhaps the SIB sets a maximum number of units for each class and a $ maximum for the total SIB. Or separate SIBs for each at the same time.

...hopefully the asset sales continue and all this speculation isn't proven to be nonesense. I hope more meaningful sales are in place and announced before or on Q4 earnings release.
