The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. If we're talking about stock inflation, then the very wealthy drive up stock prices which further increases the "wealth effect" which causes more inflation. If you feel wealthy, then it's human nature to spend more. 

To quote Jim Bianco: "the rich own all the assets and the poor own all the debt."

The very wealthy drive asset prices higher and the poor people are left with the bill.
