When sandpiper decided they wanted to be a "slam" type shop and the analysts were confused by their business going. Forward that's what in my opinion sunk the shares 

Samir was on BNN with McCreath saying Hudson's bay worth $20 share it went private $10ish 

samir like all other private equity investors do not understand credit cycles and interest rate risk
