Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Industrial portfolioI think keeping industrial is smarter and selling office at a small loss is fine.  This may seem radical on here, but industrial assets work and office may continue to decline as ai kills jobs.   Dump the actual assets that are long term impaired and have a functional set of assets.   300 main looks good.  I looked into it and on reddit Winnipeg there were many tenants interested and happy with it.  I would like patience and surgical asset dispositions, not a weakened reit loaded with office.
