Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I try my best to keep up with what you say, but truthfully, some of it is over my head. I'm not as educated on economics as you are. One of my favorite economists is Saifedean - an Australian economist. His book Fiat Standard was a very interesting read. Certainly worth the time given your passion and interest for the topic.

Plainly, you remark on the expansion of the money supply being 6%... curious on your thoughts on the next 20 years. My understanding is the growth rate of the m2 over the short history of the dollar is it only ever increases over time. As someone who holds hard assets as a defence from saving in a debasing currency, I would love your thoughts on the matter.
