TOMORROW

TOMORROWIt will no doubt be DEJA-VU if we see a "better than expected" or strong or blowout whatever headline you wanna give it.....which of course will just CONTINUE the trend and trade of YIELDS pushing higher, rate cuts getting pushed back, and crude gaining.  Of course, REITS will have outsized losses.   The equity markets are a wild card but I guess it depends on how much bonds sell off.

Either way I expect this trade to be exhaused by May.....oil at $90-100 won't last and likely neither will a 10 year north of 4.50.

Thats when the wall street traders get cute and reverse the trade only to have better data in the spring and perhaps going into the election there finally comes hard pressure to fudge some data..

so in other words, short term flush, long term bull run.
