The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. I am a silver stacker as well as a reit investor and the 2 assets oftem move together, being rate sensitive and also an inflation hedge. Silver broke out this week in a big way. The metals going up signals that rates have peaked in an environment where inflation is expected to continue.
