The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is Fed Funds at restrictive levels ? I am a silver stacker as well as a reit investor and the 2 assets oftem move together, being rate sensitive and also an inflation hedge.  Silver broke out this week in a big way.   The metals going up signals that rates have peaked in an environment where inflation is expected to continue.  They are up against a wall, where the only real solution is to crash the economy in an election or stop government spending, both of which aint gonna happen.   Take what you will crom these theories
