RE:REIT SELL OFF ONLY ACCELERATING

RE:REIT SELL OFF ONLY ACCELERATING

A few of us called it.

The longer rates stay elevated, the bigger the cracks in the economy will get.

The difference between you and I Gary is that you seem to think everything is going to be fine when they cut rates. I'm thinking one step ahead of you. When they cut rates, the problems have only just begun. The unemployment rate goes up and the stock market tumbles.

I think that's a 2025 story but it's anyone's guess. In the meantime, the stock market can go much higher. Keep growing a cash position so you can take advantage of any potential weakness. That's the beauty of investing in short term t bills.
