Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hi Frankie, I own some stocks that are benefitting from the current environment. I'll name you a few of the stocks I own: 

financials : Goeasy 
Energy : Terravest 

The two stocks above are my highest conviction stocks. Terravest is recession resistant and does not depend on the oil price. Goeasy is my longest holding position and originally purchased over 10 years ago. I'm very proud of these picks. 

defense/military : Kraken robotics 
retail : Reitmans 
Gold: Dynacor 

others: 

Clairvest group 
Information services 
Redishred capital 
Clarke 

I usually post on the companies that I own unless I'm bad mouthing them :) 

The rest is in short term cash/silver 

Does Pokmon cards count? My kids have made me spend so much money on these cards that I'm literally broke.
