When to buy REITS/BONDSWhen the narrative is strictly that another hike is in the cards, or at minimum "higher for longer- i.e. years", and that becomes the mainstream opinion, thats when its time.
Just like how Oct-January the mainstream narrative was 2024 cuts. you gotta do the OPPOSITE of whatever they are selling you
