LOVIN THE CRUDE ROUTE

All one must do is look how crude tanked 25% from Oct-Dec straight and that helped bullish CPI prints and REITS surge.   Needs to tank another 15% and CPI will look better, and hopefully the price increases were Q1 front loaded.  

Not out of the woods for another few weeks post-flush though
