You are a complete idiot. Don't you just hate it when facts get in the way of your fiction. Everything you said, the exact opposite happened. For days leading up to today you said we were going to get the "Flush",  you said Powel was going to be "Hawkish" and that would cause the deep red blood bath, you said Powel was going to call for "Rate Hikes" and again the flush. So what happened...........well no flush, now hawkishness (as I suggested) and not only no hikes but actually went on to say he doesn't see hikes even as a consideration, no flush. How in the world do you equate that ANYTHING near what you said? You can't even own it when you are embarrassingly wrong. What a chump. You sir are a loser. Time to grow up.

OK baby reindeer.....  lol

I seem to remember saying higher for longer has worked well for Laurentian preferred shares.....  they reset next month with interest rate determination on the 15th.....

I don't have a mortgage so I really haven't got caught up in this drama.  Risk free is now 5.3% on a GIC - that's really the limit of my involvement.

lol.  No more free cups of tea for you!
