Dont underestimate election 2024

Establishing a firm cutting cycle before the election will sway voters who are middle. Not getting the job done after 4 years will push them to TRUMP. Some swing states are pretty close and can easily be the difference.

FED WILL BE PAID OFF

Thats why I am bullish going into the fall

Numbers are going to have to look rosy from July-Oct and some cuts signalled to start OR ELSE ITS GAME OVER.

AND WHEN TRUMP WINS, FIRING POWELL AND ESTABLISHING THAT GOVERNMENT CAN SET RATES, REITS WILL SURGE.
