If the gains do hold today and continue tomorrow, it would somewhat validate my theory that end of quarter funds sell off "losers" and creates excessinve selling pressure. Same thing happened last september, march, june.

Stocks are in buyback blackout. Some REITs are at risk of being kicked out of their respective index/ETF indices from loss of market cap. U.S. treasury supply will be huge until year end putting pressure on bond yields with the rising bond yields pressuring stock market indices and CTAs being forced sellers of billions in stock holdings not much lower from here while energy prices rage out of ...more

I won't get margin called unless names dive another 50% across the board.  Rates would have to plummet if that happened. Just might need to use lines of credit at 9% interest

I sold PMZ at $16 and never looked back. So much better value in the market if you ask me. Primaris quality cannot compare to FCR and Riocan.

Oh yeah I dont see many other reits running a NCIB of 30k a day from free-cash flow and have like a 70% unencumbered assets.  Able to acquire properties at 8% cap rate
