SCROOGE MCDUCK

Remember when we were banking on April being a take off for REITS for the widely expected June cuts (2 months in advance), sure we are getting our lunch handed to us and then some! My portfolio is probably down hundreds of K in 5 days.  What a conn job over CPI data.   Never ending at this rate.

Nothing really makes sense to me and Im not gonna participate here much if at all anymore.  Its pretty toxic on this board, and holier than thou members are part of the problem.  Your frustrations are shared, trust me.  How can industrial reits with 9% yields be sold continuously? (Nxr, etc). Canada is broken and there is no liquidity is my only explanation.  The USA rates ...more
