Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:Mouth on the floorThat's the thing - it's not just Artis but the entire sector and more suffering from that speech. It got amplied since the high housing report. But PMI is collapsing and job losses are piling up while CPI is coming down. Tough to see them keep hiking in my view. Rememebr everybody thought rates would remain low - I took the other side of the trade then and doing the same now with high rates. High rates cannot last forever or are at least unlikely too. Rate cuts will be the turning point for REITs and other interest rate sensitive sectors. Key is to hang in until it happens. I think we are within 2-3 months away from a major reversal in sentiment.
