I definitely know it's not just artis...I own 10 other Reits. When riocan and fcr get dropped hard you know it's serious. Best locations in Canada. It's a hard pill to breaking down to new lows and charts that look in Free fall. Yields should somewhat support them being 8% plus which for safe payout ratios is like 10% plus free cash flow.
