Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:RE:FCR on the moveHey man,  that 300 million of public investments is investor capital and partially why the reit has underperformed. There's very little room for error or leaving it up to chance with playing stock trader. Between dream office,  fcr and another undisclosed security sold I expect almost 100 million has been sold at a sizable net loss.  And they haven't even been held for more than 1.5 years.... but the buys and sells are generating fees for Sandpiper.  Simply put the reit can do without this sideshow.... and even if he sold at 20% profit it would indicate he's trading.  Remember the point was to gain control of reits and pull levers to recognize value.
