Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. I'd list all office for sale and see if a few offers roll in ball park.  It seems suspicious manji is mostly selling industrial.  That's OK for a quick sale and urgency but he needs to sell retail and office in similar Quantities
