I think it is huge that Artis has reclaimed $7. Global interest rates appear to be nearing their peak for this cycle, global freight is down, consumers are pulling back on discretionary purchases though there is still a lot of demand for services. Expectations are for interest rate cuts in Canada in 2024. Probably a few more months of choppy action and then rent will filter through to CPI and begin exerting negative pressure on inflation.
