The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. CEO of Riocan statement on NAV of REITS

"You got a lot of money looking for a home in hard assets. I think interest rates arent the only dictator of cap rates, and I think thats something people will start to recognize over time. But in this enviornment people are making a very crude conclulsion, that if interest rates are 6%, cap rates need to be north of that. I think theres a lot more that goes into valuations besides interest rates".
