Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Yes we are but it's a little different this time. 

The main difference is the convergence of Cpi with Core Cpi which was not the case last year. The underlying trends in inflation were still high last summer and headline was much lower than Core due to the base effect and energy prices.
