Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

How much am I going to win and if I'm wrong how much will I lose. A classic quote from legendary investor Peter Lynch. Every investor should have a back up
plan as we are not always going to be right on our convictions. In the short run it's almost like a toss up. Half of the time you will be right but expect a fair share of disappointments. This is why it's best to invest for the long run. Invest in what you believe in but always have a backup plan. No stock is worth going all in on.
