Im legitimately starting to think
That none of these TSX listed reits are actually good deals, despite being at covid lows and generous yields. Rates aint comin down much, just a gesture 25pts maybe 50, like a cooke crumb from the fed to show "progress" but before the BOC even started easing inflation magically jumped 0.6. We all know this is going to continue indefinitely and there will be no material cutting cycle.
Whose going to buy these with declining FFO/AFFO
Might be time to cut losses on a next fake out
