China helped to fuel the real estate bubble

What will happen if Chinese capital begins to leave this country? Home prices in China are declining and their economy is suffering. We can no longer depend on China to fuel our real estate sector. Is India next? Canada has put a cap on non permanent residences and it's clear to me that the real estate ponzi has come to an end. Foreign buyers are nowhere to be found and the chickens have come home to roost.
