had to review my stuffsomething that always bugged me but i let go because i wanted to invest in their alberta operations-
management has always paid themselves pretty good and director,etc. fees are pretty high.who knows what else is expensed.the books are pretty lame concerning this and related party(if any)interests.no insider buys last 6 months except dsu's or bonus but why bother i guess if all one has to do is show up.
anyway-imo something was stinky here before-maybe ancora smelled it too.
p.s.-can't find anything concerning change of control or management contracts.guaranteed it is there tho and goes back to my point that management is pretty pricey and skin in the game is no worry if the nine to five pays so well.
