Even with a possible buy out and solids contract still continuously in the red............e-mailed ceo and ask for an preliminary Q1............she said no obligation to release it.......man if it positive why not release it..don't like the answer she gave me

Shes not going to give some rando financials before they're released to the market. LOL

Interim or quarterly result usually are released in mid-May so we won't have to wait long. Also, it would be disingenous to provide guidance after the quarter end (ie quarter ended Mar 31 and results announced April 1st.)

By press release if they choose to sure. It's not an obligation and they sure as heck aren't going to give it to an individual investor by email.
