The Company’s core secure software and services offerings are its Cylance cybersecurity and BlackBerry unified endpoint management (UEM) solutions, collectively known as BlackBerry Spark. Its Cylance cybersecurity solutions include CylanceENDPOINT, an integrated endpoint security solution that leverages the Cylance AI model and OneAlert EDR console. The BlackBerry UEM Suite includes the Company’s BlackBerry UEM, BlackBerry Dynamics and BlackBerry Workspaces solutions.

Questions? Does the Patent sale need to be blessed by the Canadian Gov't.? If yes, could the fact that the Parliament just opened session on November 22nd put a delay in place for final approval? Did the Canadian Election slow this process down? Just thinking out loud here.
