Yep, nice way to describe it. Tension seems a little more a real beast for the shorts I think. One big announcement from us and beast becomes even more imposing. Only thing I'm not happy about is this old lawsuit because I have a feeling it was also a condition of patent sale but won't stop it. Just guessing but if it was dismissed then the deal would have had less baggage and more value. How much I can't say but we still own the lawsuit, however there's no guarantee we'll lose case. Could drag on for a long time yet. For a dot connector aficionado like myself it feels like sale closure is near. Shorts/manipulators may be better inform and are pressing hard. What a battlefield, many casualties.
