To compute, you have to ask yourself who would want these patents, what might they be worth to those select companies and why. This could rival any past patent sale I'm aware of... especially so if it's 30K patents and not 20K. We're in the fun spot of nearly everything to gain and little to lose. If deal falls through, numbers over next year look outstanding.
