So, jaune chien is now out scouring the fringes, as he did with the failed $600M Patent Sale... his objective is for a buyer, hence his bringing in Morgan Stanley to consider future directions for BrakBrerry... aka bring a buyer to the table, have the BoD vote on it... if they vote Yea, he has sold the company and is paid out, if BoD votes Nae, it is effectively a vote of non confidence, Chen has complete control or none... so a Non Confidence vote is an effective trigger to pay out his Fired side of the Employment Contract.
