Gone When has a Fired or Acquired Employment Contract. To date he has skated around his exit package because the company can no longer afford to pay him out the $69M balance owing... amazing he fired so many Sales Presidents up until today... wonder if jon pinochio giomattio is next! Oh, also, potentaially he will likely want to spend the $170M on more than just the Debenture repayment... so there is a whole lotta uncertainty in the last days of jaune chien as he fiddlepfuks with every lever availalbe to him, which by the way is all levers as that is what his Employment Contract allows... looking out for #1 as we know his guidance and plans are all but kaput.
