Simple Questions - Apparently Difficult to AnswerFor a company as long established and studied as Blackberry is; it is confounding that a couple of simple, straight forward questions have been so difficult to answer for so long.
1.)
What will it take for the company to achieve profitability?
2.)
Do the necessary people to accomplish whatever it will take exist there?
3.)
Is the will and capacity to make the necessary decisions on the table?
More than volume/revenue increases are essential, though clearly they would help. But what else?
It is more than frustrating to read repetitive remarks from some that regurgitate meaningless history or state that investors have to look at more than share price when assessing the company.
What specifically about that history or combination of past management groups must change or come into play?
If share price/value is truly a secondary factor then what specifically are more important considerations today?
When the AGM is over will there be clear responses to what I believe are reasonable questions?
Will there be measurable time frames/guideposts for shareholders to follow?
Will senior management genuinely be accountable?
Hope so.
