Looks like Facebook, etc (the petitioners) lost and BlackBerry won. I agree with tootoo... there is more going on here today than aws news. That judgement is almost 3 weeks old. Perhaps compensation news is coming. fb buys wa for 22b fb puts bbm out of business with bb patents bb sues fb in germany, win bb bb sues fb in usa, fb counter sues. bb left standing?
