Not sure exactly what this is but if someone could decipher, it would be greatly appreciated. Looked up a couple acronyms...SBU is strategic business unit, PII is Personal Identifiable Information. Almost looks fake so is it a real US govt document?

Looks like the IRS expanded the use of Blackberry's UEM product.. Employees' devices are protected, as well as people who contact the IRS. But, I'm definitely no expert so I could be totally wrong. Good digging Hedgetrimmer.

Ya, I think you're right. Looks like IRS replaced a 2017 system. I don't think US citizens too enamoured with that govt agency but if it's our product in use then I'm all for it. Apologize for my grammar in OP but was rushed. Here's something else I found from IRS.. It's ponderous and full of legal/accounting terms etc but is a Price Waterhouse audit of BlackBerry

IRS isn't just using UEM but also BB UES. Look at the ModernBuddha's post here https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/comments/qo5mlh/bb_blackberry_mic_drop_ai_cybersecurity_and/ Look at the table starting at FY21 Q2...they started with SecuSuite (top secret app by blackberry), then they bought BB spark in Q3 and then in FY21 Q4 upsell to BB UES Cybersecurity.  This makes sense
