It is not an unreasonable request and a good idea to use caution although the current distress level pricing of the shares no lomger reflects an accurate assessment of the company. There is no risk of default and bankruptcy. The market cap today should be no lower than annual revenue which equates to a price in the $3.50 range. Speculate from there based on your slow growth model but do not hold it down undeservedly. 6X earnings pushes it over $20 with no reverse split.
