RE:Bombardier Alstom Statement re: BT  I saw that today from stockwatch.

    They selcted at Alstom request and agreed by Bombardier to go through arbitration.

Even though it still is a relativly long process it is much quicker than going through legal courts.

I would think that the arbitrator may find arguements on both sides and IMO may be resolved with somthing in the middle as I would think the bomber refused any arguement from alston.
