RE:Bombardier Alstom Statement re: BTUnfortunately the key here is a lsawsiut
against the bomber not chasing any funds from
Alstom. The bomber is not the plaintiff here!
The only positive result here is the bomber avoids
a judgement against but will incur legal costs.
BTW you are not a nice fella like you come across
at first, you insult and talk a lot of smack which
isn't always correct or has materailized yet.
For me, just happy I took my profits and back in
trying to make another run.
