Luxury Tax came into effect Sept 1, 2022

Luxury Tax came into effect Sept 1, 2022Wouldn't this make it unlikely that any Canadian client bought or took delivery of a business jet from Bombardier in the fourth quarter? Surely they would have had the foresight to purchase their jet prior to Sept 1 rather than get dinged with a huge tax.
