RE:RE:RE:Why would Bombardier be spending millions at MIRABEL

RE:RE:RE:Why would Bombardier be spending millions at MIRABELbicente ...yes it is a great plane and yes with Boeing's problems the timing is perfect for the introduction of 500 etc ...BUT remember what Bellemare said last week ...more money when they need more money first in BT BA , they still dont make any money now when they sell 100 and 300 -still work to be done on  cost reduction , combination of putting more money + not making profit after 2 years ..the finality of all this in 2026 makes it less interesting profit wise at the end of the road

Bottom line is why put more money there when first we need that money in BT-BA and we have to seriously start to lower our debt now as it is part of the last year of the 5 business plan ..not mentionning getting rid of caisse !

A partnership is good if you as a minority share holder you make profit worthed the time and investment . From what Bellemare said last week it does not seems the case ..

Somebody this morning came up with another idea on all this : how about if caisse buys bomber's position on the JV in a part of a deal to seel them their position in BT ? i like that but Airbus would to agree about changing partner it is not on the original agreement and both part -caisse and bomber -need to agree on a money deal that both will accept .

Altough it seems very interesting i see 2 big problems : Airbus accepting a new partner and Caisse being reasonable with bomber to make a deal . Both -caisse and airbus -have long teeths and are not easy to deal with ...February 13 will be interesting

Also US markets are close today so i dont think the raise of Bomber today does not mean much it is tomorrow afternoon that we wlill know the real reaction of the market on Bomber . SD
