i know Pierre but something will happen either the Federal will loan them some money at a lower cost inside the annonced program of big corporation , or Qubec or Qubec participation in the capital ...Martel's plan at the end of this year or early next year will address that ...i exclude privatisation for all kind of reason the same with bankrupcy .SD
