I agree , to kell with the jobs . Everybody beat up on the bomber and now they are scrambling for jobs ... maybe they should have thought about it BEFORE the govts gave the REM contract to Alstom ... I seriously hope the Alstom goes through and the bomber is left with as few jobs pssible with huge profits and completely distances themselves from govt envolvement ...Rarely  in the news there is  mention how much money CDPQ/Govts have made with the bomber  , when push comes to shove everyone for themselves ...GLTA

They were willing throw Bombardier under the TRAIN (pun Intended) and so was the Quebec media in fact.

If Alstom tries to play hardball for concessions, I would say take the 75 million charge and nix the deal and leave the fallout to the Ontario and fed government forcing Quebec to come up with some cash to save the Aerospace in Quebec.

That's the way I see it as the times they are a changing !
