Sorry but, commerce is a war. Welcome to reality.
Airbus take it to not let him to Boeing after the final blow (300% of taxes from the USA). 

And for ALSTOM, it s just a fantasm. 

ALSTOM promised to the government that in exchange of the support for the merge, they will not cancel anny contract in france. For the govenrment it s a betrayal.
But it s an ALSTOM decision, and it has nothing to do with bombardier aeronautique.
