Why do you think Martel said that they are able to fill the contract by 2030 or 2032 ?
If they can build a prototype now, why it will take 7 to 9 years to build the 15 others? The backlog is only for 2 years.

Bombardier sold more than 50 GL 7500 before it fly, it was a paper plane at the time.
