Not a clear bad decision

Not a clear bad decisionI'm a fan of the new Bombardier, an investor and I think that it is well managed.
I don't  have a clear opinion about the Gvmt decision but i am disturbed by the Heroux-Devtech president opinion about this contract; he said that a Boeing decision could be the best for the country. He explained that there is a proved efficient plane with Boeing and only uncertainty with the Bombardier solution which doesn't already exist but have to be developped.
Listening to this by an aerospece specialist troubled me. The Bombardier solution is a project which need large modifications to the jet. We understand that adding torpedoes launchers under a jet is not a light modification and listening doubt from specialist like the Heroux Devtech president is troubling.
As investor and tax payers, we could have a partial opinion about this highly technical decision; listening to specialist could help.
I hope that in the next days, we could have a clearer picture of he situation.
