Its wireline products and services comprise data (including Internet access, Internet protocol television (IPTV), cloud-based services and business solutions), voice, and other communication services and products, which are available to its residential, small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises customers primarily in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and Manitoba. This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

A lot of people overlooked what the analyst know very well during the '70s. BCE own a lot of real-estate to house their branch offices when those branch offices were at dirt cheap location. Now, these branch offices are locate at prime office/residential location. This is something RCI and T may not able to match. Quebeccor may be. One day, these branch offices will be replaced by something and these prime real-estate will be monetized. A situation similar to franchized chain that owns the property of their store. I believe that day is coming.
