This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

newcoin...this is not even anywhere close to a major market crash. Not sure if you were in the market on October 19 1987...now that was a crash. 22% drop in the market in "one day". Today that would be over a 1000 point drop on the SP 500....and about 8000 points for the DOW. I also have been picking away at BCE down here along with other stocks that are starting to show decent value.
