Talks with a financial advisor today

Hey Man should I buy some BCE? we are in the morning and BCE is going up. 

i added , dividend is looking good at 8.5%. 

he said ohhhh don't touch it for now we could see lower numbers.
 

I am not a pumper and not even a shorter, I wish I could  just see a three year's vision 

and I did not buy any. And the stock close down 0.47 cents lower than the beginning of my discussion in the morning.

at this point waiting seems to be the right approach

Well ecolo101, today is not a good day to gauge a stock's share price performance.  With lower share volumes ahead of a holiday weekend, the shorters and day trades tend to be able to control share prices better and that certainly proved true today.  At the same time a .47 cent move lower on a $46 stock isn't exactly an earth shattering move.
