We could see a significant push for nationalization of energy companies as a "solution" for skyrocketing energy prices especially in "green" Europe. The ever increasing outrage directed at energy companies fuelled by government owned or heavenly subsidized and therefore biased media about their record profits while energy is being rationed or unaffordable  (in large part because of bad policy decisions made by corrupt politicians) could very well lead to nationalization of energy companies. The same old pattern always applies. Governments create problems that they blame on others resulting in "solutions" that give them more control.It's the oldest trick in the book that somehow always seems to work. If anyone thinks, per example, that Germany shutting down their nuclear plants at the same time they are being deprived of natural gas based on their own sanctions against Russia is a coincidence is having their eyes wide shut.
