RE:RE:RE:RE:BK NAV

RE:RE:RE:RE:BK NAVThe UNIT NAV of  BK is the value of the holdings  in FUND (including cash) , and the commons actual value is 10$ less than the UNIT NAV.  ( Preferreds carry a value of 10$ no matter where they trade)  So today the UNIT NAV is  $19.34 ( value of the holdings plus cash) MINUS the 10$ for pref. = commons value at $9.34 Last trade @ $11.38 for the commons means they trade at a premium of $2.04 or about 21.8 % . Historically that would be a normal valuation for BK commons, not a screaming buy , but also not really a sell.  Curent market is very volatile and fear is big out there, which we see highlighted by the extraordinarily high cash  position being held by BK , FTN , DFN and others in Quadravest.
